The owner Brad Potts, grew up in South Toledo, where money was tight and nothing got fixed unless you figured it out yourself. When his mom bought her first house, Brad started learning repairs the old-school way — at the library, reading books, and fixing one thing at a time. That’s where the mindset was built: learn it, do it right, and make it last.
At 18, Brad joined the Toledo Carpenters Union, learning everything from framing to finish work under experienced tradesmen. Over the years, he’s done commercial builds, residential remodels, and project management across Ohio and Michigan. Even now, with decades behind him, Brad’s still on-site, making sure every job is done with the same pride he started with.

Brad isn’t the kind of owner who disappears after the quote. He personally visits job sites, oversees projects, and makes sure the work meets his standards. Clients work directly with him — no sales reps, no middlemen. Just real experience and honest work you can see in every job he takes on.
